Bạn gặp lỗi không xem được file preview trong Office 2019 với thông báo "This file can't be previewed". Đây là vấn đề khá phổ biến, thường liên quan đến cài đặt Windows hoặc Office. Dưới đây là các cách khắc phục:

1. Tắt Protected View (nếu file từ nguồn không tin cậy)

Mở Word/Excel/PowerPoint 2019 → File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings.

Chọn Protected View → Bỏ tick các ô như "Enable Protected View for files originating from the internet".

Lưu ý: Chỉ tắt tính năng này nếu bạn chắc chắn file an toàn.

2. Kiểm tra Windows và Office Updates

Cập nhật Windows: Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates.

Cập nhật Office: Mở ứng dụng Office bất kỳ → File → Account → Update Options → Update Now.

3. Vào Foder Options

Vào Foder Options -> View -> tick chọn vào Always show icons. never thumbnaild
